1. Service Overview

• Domestic and interstate shipping
• Insurance coverage for packages
• Permit handling for regulated routes
• Discreet and anonymous delivery procedures
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use our services. By placing an order, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and truthful.
3. Permit & Insurance Charges
Some shipments require permits or insurance coverage due to route regulations or package content type. These charges are:
• Mandatory
• Fully refundable upon delivery
If you refuse to pay the required permit or clearance fees, your package will be held until payment is received.
4. Refunds
Permit, insurance, and customs-related charges will be 100% refunded once delivery is completed. All refunds are processed automatically and are part of our delivery procedure.
5. Package Hold Policy
In cases where required fees are unpaid:
• The package will be securely stored in our warehouse.
• No delivery will proceed until all fees are cleared.
6. User Privacy & Anonymity
All shipments are cleared and de-tagged before delivery to ensure full anonymity and prevent any traceability to the customer.
7. Prohibited Use
You agree not to use our services for unlawful purposes or to ship prohibited, dangerous, or contraband items. We reserve the right to refuse service in such cases.
8. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for delays or issues caused by:
• Force majeure events (natural disasters, political unrest, etc.)
• Inaccurate shipping information provided by the customer
• Failure to pay required permits or clearances
9. Modification of Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
