• Permits are removed from the packages before handing them over to ensure your privacy and anonymity.
• This step also ensures nothing in the shipment can be used to trace or incriminate the customer.

🌐 Customs Clearance
For international or restricted shipments, customs clearance may be required. Any associated fees or documentation processes will be communicated ahead of time.
Just like city permits:
• Customs clearance fees are fully refunded upon delivery.
• Packages are discreetly processed and de-tagged before reaching the recipient.

All permit-related charges (city permits, insurance add-ons, and customs clearances) are refunded in full once the package is safely delivered.
The reason we collect these fees up front is to:

If a customer fails to pay the required permit or clearance fees:
• The package will be safely held in our secure warehouse.
• Delivery will be paused until the necessary fees are received.
• Once payment is made, the package will immediately proceed for delivery.
